These employees —hands down the most over paid jackasses I have ever seen. If you employ these people your getting ripped off. They are not taking care of your business at all. What they are focused on is freelance gigs taking place at you store and using it for their own purposes. Not all of them —but easily 30%. I would fire them and sue them into ground. They sully your brand, and literally use your store from organized crime activities. Shameful. Revolting.
