3/2008 Emilie was brutally tortured before her cognitive assessment exam. Most of her knuckles were burned and she had a hole seared down to the bone on her wrist. Transcripts indicate the grandfather, municipality solicitor attorney Raymond DeRaymond and the mother were responsible.
04/16/2008 Kraemer v. DeRaymond PFA#20080254 I sued Emilie’s mother Amy DeRaymond for severe cigarette burns. Attorney Ray DeRaymond called Emilie’s insidious burns that insured future business for Northampton County’s behavioral health contractor Lehigh University Transition Services DeRaymond previously steered business to:
1. “Spurious”
2. “A little mark that came up on the child”
3. Blamed the victim: “She did it to herself to herself”
4.Attorney DeRaymond sought sanctions for my taking EK to a doctor seeking prevent me from reporting future organized abuse.
5. Federal guardian Romberger [ who arranged this violent fraud ] was as no show to the PFA.
These are uncharged violent mob thugs.
7/2010 Judge Giordano demanded disability support payments for ICD-9 MR317 without ever mentioning it in the demand papers. He, Judge Smith and attorney DeRaymond knowingly helped sell a normal minor school student, Emilie Kraemer into a condition of involuntary servitude as proscribed by 18 U.S.C. § 1584(a) to Easton Area School District contractor Lehigh University Transition Services and then sought RICO juice payments to see my daughter.
2/24/2014 answer to Judge Roscioli. She listed it as complex matter. It is not. The fraud obscuring Smith’s participation was one month before his federal judge appointment.
03/26/2014 The day after Judge Smith was appointed Federal Judge Emilie was overdosed into seizors by her guardian Lisa Spitale and her mother Amy DeRaymond.
