12/15/2021 I scheduled a second meeting with an FBI special agent to talk about my daughter's child trafficking by the Easton Area School District and Northampton County PA officials. Her subsequent extortion and attempted murder in connection to county solicitor attorney Ray DeRaymond and his law partner Judge Ed Smith's 2011 federal judge application. Judge Smith signed off on a false mental retardation diagnosis code MR317 used to self-deal business to IEP service provers contracted by the County at the behest of DeRaymond. Child trafficking.

12/16/2021 befor the meeting, copy of my daughter's coat pulled from her Facebook page was thrown on top of me and my knee caps were tased by contractors working at One Madison NY, NY.

It was clear the enterprise sought to constrain my communication with the FBI. The information was given to the police including NY license plate number EDN-9670 from the truck used by the two goons. To my knowledge, no one was arrested.

Manhattan Housing Court.

I sued the violent child trafficking racket operating from a public school district in Easton PA. That turned out to be part of a large association-in-fact RICO health care business.

To get at me they robbed my business, collaborated with my landlord who owed me $850,934.97 in illegal rent. In exchange, and with their help Edelstein used Manhattan Housing Court to illegally evict me then maimed and attempted to kill me the street before I could mount an affirmative defense in court.

The enterprise regularly uses secuirty cameras to direct racketeering assults in retail environments. Their employees and unions [BJ32, Local6, HTC] without hesitation backed a violent child trafficking enterprise:

The violence is usually conducted by nursing home clients, union members, and the unemployed who have the time to be planted at these places most of the day every day looking for opportunity to violently repress witnesses.

A 09/25/2017 video of a DHCR employee's violent display for discovering the removal of DHCR Barbara Robinson's inspection record from the State FOIL was made inoperable on my Google-drive. The removal of this record benefitted my landlord, Edelstein. This video was linked extensively to other federal complaint documents posted the US CM/ECF server. After leaving the 111 Centre Street Manhattan Housing court my bank account was hit with an erroneous fee, which the bank removed after calling them. My account was tampered with after going to Housing Court to file a motion against my landlord Edelsten.

TD Bank indicated it was a third party [police] tampering with the account and to contact its Chairman's Services.

NYPD PATTERN OF HACKING ACCOUNTS

Police are protecting their bribe client, my landlord Edelstein via intimidation after filing a motion against Edelstein.

They regularly hack accounts and have deleted passwords from Twitter, FaceBook, AMC, Uber, Google and YouTube accounts.

YouTube was regularly used by NYPD to send direct threats of violence in the form of comics semiotics.

On or about10/10/2018 a 13th precinct NYPD drove his car to Dunkin Donuts after responding to an NYPD trolling my YouTube account on 14th street. He parked in front of my bike and waited for me to come out. The NYPD leaned toward me into the passenger seat and began to rub his nose in long exaggerated nose swipes baiting me.

When I had my Apple screen saver tuned to word-of-the-day NYPD telnetted threats directly to the application.

NYPD and Northampton County PA cops erased contact data from my cell phone including my mother's contact information. Northampton County Police prevented me from contacting my mother [who the county was injuring]. Then tried to prevent me from attending her funeral.

NYPD 13th Precinct security used the hospital's waiting area to violently intimidate and maim their client's (Edelstein) debt obligation [me] to not participate in a court process

When I go to the ER to be treated who pays for that?

I was tased in my hotel room while sleeping. The Hotel Trade Council Union [HTC] used a freelance window cleaner from the next-door room 51 to reach into my room through the outside window. They cranked the heat causing me to open the window. They also had someone working directly across the hall at room 50.

Since becoming aware of them I can usually stop them. HTC is represented by my former client lobbyist Vincent Pitta has been actively breaking into my hotel rooms since Edelstein forced me out of my apartment with toxic fumes.

Mr. Pitta represents top real estate developers, Glenwood Management. The entity was central to charges brought against assemblyman Sheldon Silver, and Senator Skelos by the United States for taking bribes from Glennwood.

I caught these league of morons using ventilation air ducts, working from outside windows and bypassing door-lock security and cameras [that HTC control].

I was tased in my room while sleeping. Downstairs cafe. After checking out the cafe employees were mock coughing at data entrees to this table. Working with a party very familiar with the subject matter.

Having coffee at Au Bon Pain. It's 15 degrees outside. Asian run nursing home runners were maiming the elderly (me) in full view of NYPD security. They are human trafficking.

I was then followed into the Moonstruck diner by an NYPD police guard [Badge 73-]. He quite vocally ehhh! hemmmed, cough coughed!! when I added federal case 18-cv-9804 SDNY to the data table for civil court review. It was about about my witness and evidence tampering by federal Pro Se clerks in connection to NYPD Inspector McGinn taking bribes on behalf of my landlord Edelstein.

I was tased badly at an AMC Theater

I sought treatment at Bellevue Hospital ER. The MD advised a tase heals within a few hours. however, they were using teams for repeated attacks to prevent healing seeking to cause permanent damage. This to prevent my attendance and continued filing at Manhattan Housing Court.

Defendants were attempting to prevent my court participation by causing serious injury.

the Superintendent contrived was the steam pipe from my bedroom radiator "disconnected itself" and began blowing raw steam into the apartment setting off my fire alarm.

That resulted in next door neighbor Dov Fobar, 8F [a nursing home director] calling NYC fire department.

The fire department ripped the locks off of my apartment, 8G's front door and turned off the raw steam jetting from the tampered radiator.

THE REALITY
was the day after the second circuit denied my MTR, landlord Edelstein's contractors broke into my apartment through the side window to reset a device, a delivery system he constructed in my apartment to pervade it with biological infestation and toxins. Specifically bird mites. Which is why I was not home in the first place and staying in hotels.

Edelstein prevented the discovery of the delivery system he constructed behind the radiator by destroying the inspection site.

Edelstein constructed a delivery system to pervade the apartment with a biological hazard. Pigeon and rat mites.

Edelstein's rigging of the radiator to spew jets of raw steam concealed the delivery system by preventing the inspection of the area. 7/25/2013 PestPro found many live and dead pigeon mites around the bedroom radiator.

Edelstein also prevented the inspection of black tar residue from toxic fumes he was venting underneath the floor boards that could be seen between the cracks of the NEW floor installed due to HPD's order 6294/13.

NYPD Detectives tampered with my phone to prevent my returning the Chief of Staff's invitation to call back.

Return calls from my mobile phone to the Senator using the same number resulted in a recording that "this number was no longer in service" and dead ends. I changed to my Google Phone account and was connected with Senator Kapan's office.

The subject matter concerned my daughter's sex trafficking in parking lots by the Easton Area School District's IEP service provider. My daughter was left "all day" in parking lots. One of them behind Bethlehem District court where parking and speeding tickets were adjudicated. Emilie was met by "judge friends."

NYPD, Easton PA Police, via contractors at One Madison passed enough high voltage electric current through me to light a small house after reaching out to Senator Kaplan regarding Child Victim Act case filing information.

The attack was followed by NYPD ad placement of a dog with hip dysplasia which I reported to Google # 6-4806000031902. My daughter is often referred to as "my dog" by NYPD detectives after stating my daughter was treated worse than one on my FaceBook page.

I finalized the CVA inquiry letter to Senator Kaplan. It generally covered the use of parking lots to traffic my daughter by a health care company that ensnared my daughter from the Easton Area School District. Local police protected the child and sex trafficking enterprise.

2013 My landlord began cooperating with the trafficking enterprise when one of their members, republican judge Ed Smith of Northampton County responsible for signing off on false diagnosis codes for my daughter applied for a federal judge.

Edelstein's use of toxic fumes began 5/2013 just prior to President Obama's 8/2013 nomination of judge Smith. And 11/6/2013 during judge's U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee hearings.

NYPD's landlord bribe consumption habits caused them to allow Edelstein's repeated use of toxic fumes.

This child trafficking member threatened me with future violence. I responded in kind. He decided to chase me down the street attempting to hit me from behind [ a trademark with this group ].

I confronted him. Child trafficking member 2 jumped in protecting his partner. Then confronted both of them.

Their plan was to spoil ESI, waste my time on my way to Family Court where I was looking at NY DA PFA forms at 12:30 PM.

(1) Between me and Judge Hahn where she asked me how long I lived at the apartment.

(2) Judge Hahn grilling attorney DuVal about his MISTAKE about the rent-stabilized status of the apartment.

THE DIALOGUE THAT INSTRUCTED US TO SETTLE IS NOT THERE AT ALL

The Northampton County police, NYPD, Detectives Endowment Association decided if witnesses, impediments to Republican judge Smith's federal judge nominations ( my daughter and myself ) needed to be extorted and/or killed on their watch their omission of duty was assured.

After my 2015 illegal eviction by Housing Court Judge Peter Wendt my attempts to open and argue federal cases against Landlord Edelstein were met with near-immediate ESI evidence spoliation and violence instigated by PA and NYPD detectives using NYCity's HomeStat homeless tracking system on behalf of landlord Edelstein.

According to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure spoliation of evidence are the surest road to sanctions. Parties are under an obligation by court rules and case law to preserve relevant documents, including ESI, once litigation is reasonably contemplated. Edelstein with the City's help did the opposite of this striking any Good Faith and Mootness affirmative defenses.

11/18/2014 Edelstein destroyed my apartment [ and evidence ] by causing an HPD C class violation preventing the HDP inspector from discovering his construction of a device used to pervade the apartment with biological and toxic fumes at will. His trick falsified records in the HPD system. See DOI Release #20-2015.

However, 1. because Edelstein concealed a device he used to disperse biological toxins proscribed by 18 U.S.C. §§ 175 or 175b where the intended victim was the United States Government's judicial branches [he used it on dates that furthered republican Ed Smith's federal judge application via my violent witness tampering]; 2. and because Edelstein was allowed the continued use of this device by NYPD's 20th Precinct, refusing their duty while being bribed by two Republican foreign agents with direct ties to republican Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu known to meddle in U.S. politics then U.S.C. § 2332b can also apply making it a RICO claim.

As such my daughter's and my almost non-stop witness tampering is proscribed by 18 U.S.C. § 1512. Our federal right to be heard in court and participate in a federal process was virtually non-existent.

This delivery system is proved by its 2013 construction. Its use; 1. 5/2013 after Jona Rechnitz and Jeremy Reichberg sealed their one-stop-shop bribe agreement at NYPD headquarters; 2. 11/4/2013 the day of NYPD inspector McGinn's promotion instigated by Rechnitz and Reichberg; 3. 11/6/2013 Smith's hearing in front of the U.S. Judiciary Committee. 4. 10/11/2014 It was manipulated and broke the day after my federal MTR against Edelstein was rejected. 5. 11/18/2014 The landlord attempted to hide it before an HPD inspection. 6. The landlord, Edelstein had 17 years to gas me out of the apartment as he did. 7. Edelstein chose to do it in connection to Republican foreign agent's bribe agreements with NYPD.

I reached out to HPD to make repairs for a faulty apartment when in fact there was no "repair" to be made as Edelstein deliberately created a distribution system intended to harm on specific dates and disconnected his radiator pipe to conceal it.

Edelstein and his lawyer regularly subverted the law with total cooperation of NYPD and the City; tampering with HPD evidence, spoliation of ESI, violent witness tampering, offering false instruments to DHCR, Housing Court Judges and tampering with the U.S. Mail to gin court service to name a few.

NYPD used their knowledge and tracking and wiretap equipment to help with ESI spoliation, witness intimidation and extortion on Edelstein's behalf.
