Attempted murder by cultivation of lethal disease

The table chronicles the deliberate infection, cultivation of Norwegian scabies of my daughter Emilie and its use to attempt her murder just after Judge Edward Smith's 08/01/2013 nomination for Federal Judge by President Obama. Judge Smith was responsible for approving a fraudulent mental disability diagnosis ICD-9 MR319, then kept it out of Court records. Emilie contracted scabies in a parking lot, trafficked by employment contractor Lehigh University Transition Services who was billing their time to ICD-9 MR317 approved by Judge Smith in offense of the Social Security Act. A federal crime.

MD's and nurses inconceivably misdiagnosed Emilie with Eczema when she clearly had Norwegian scabies

09/21/2010 I sued 49 defendants connected to my educational lawsuits. I sought to know how in the world my daughter ended up at the Easton Area School Districts outsourced employment contractor for the mentally retarded Lehigh University Transition Services and was not in college, the $255,000 she won for college was being spent at Lehigh, a health care firm, and wanted to know what diagnosis the defendants were hiding from me to be able to enroll Emilie at Lehigh. [ As it turned out officers of the court, judges, suborned perjury, brought fraud upon the court and highly likely took bribes from Lehigh in exchange for approving a fraudulent mental disability diagnosis ICD-9 MR317 ]

He communicated to me through Emilie what email's he was reviewing, knowledge of my clients, what I was working on etc., while he had physical access to my daughter. He maintained a constant atmosphere of witness intimidation and coercion during Kraemer v. Pennsylvania.

Northampton County PA 2011-0021 OC | 2007-0021 DeRaymond v. Kraemer. After the hearing "Emilie yelled I am telling my judge friend" outside of court after Judge Beltrami ordered her [trafficked] her to Camp-Hill a home for the mentally retarded for two weeks at the behest of Mother DeRaymond, guardian Shanon Moore and Lisa Spitale Esq. Moore, Spitale and DeRaymond suborned perjury on behalf of employment contractor for the mentally retarded Lehigh who Moore was sending business to, to treat Emilie for congenital/genetic mental retardation diagnosis ICD-9 MR317, ruled out by medical diagnostic which she concealed from the tribunal.

Because defendants and officers of the court fabricated evidence and suborned perjury concealing from the tribunal their approval and facilitation of fraudulent congenital/genetic mental retardation diagnosis code ICD-9 MR317 to manufacture business for the districts employment contractor for the mentally retarded Lehigh/Spin [ selling a normal school student into a condition of involuntary servitude i.e. slavery ] 10-cv-4868 was dismissed with prejudice.

Organized, unspeakable, horrific abuse of Emilie by the defendants began soon after the federal case closed as did making sure I saw it along with no one reporting it. Message received loud and clear

Lehigh University Transition Services staff took Emilie to and left her in a dirt parking lot "ALL DAY" two days in a row and preserved by me using AT&T's FamilyMap behind Magistrate District Court 31-1-06 in Bethlehem PA.

Federal guardian Moore emailed me that she assigned Emilie to a therapist after Emilie and I reported her being in the parking lot ALL DAY. The therapist assignment was ratified by guardian Lisa Spitale and Mother Amy DeRaymond.

Guardian Shannon Moore did this rather than calling the Bethlehem police. She obfuscated Emilie's criminal treatment. [ A Magistrate District Court 31-1-06 is used by police to settle traffic violations ]

Lehigh University Transition Services staff used the time carved out by guardian Lisa Spitale's petition approved by Judge Edward Smith to take Emilie to private residences and burn her with cigarettes on days they knew I would see her for visitation.

My daughter Emilie was taken to a parking lot, got extremely upset and demanded to be taken back to Lehigh's office and out of the parking lot she was in.

After 6 weeks of requests Mother DeRaymond agreed to take Emilie to a doctor.

5/3/2013 Lehigh's progress report made no mention of the severe rash caused by scabies, an STD instead cited behavioral issues Emilie was exhibiting from the excruciating pain she was in as if it were a mental health problem concealing the infection they caused from taking her to a parking lot where Emilie was sexually assaulted.

Emilies texts These people, Lehigh, guardians, judges, cops were total bull shit and a criminal sham.

My landlord, Edelstein began venting toxic fumes into my apartment.

I was able to mitigate this by running a large industrial fan 24/7 which worked until 11/4/2013 when the landlord changed tactics and began venting fumes through the floorboards. Edelstein, I learn later, owed me about $850,934.97 in illegal rent overcharges.

My daughter's elbows, trunk and scalp are extremely crusted from Norwegian scabies. Emilie had severe Norwegian scabies after Dr. Hernandez prescribed Closetasol and Fluocinonide which would invariably kill her over a short period of time.

DermOne saw Emilie's hands with advanced Norwegian Scabies and prescribed ELIDEL a pure immunosuppressive that would invariably cultivate Norwegian Scabies and likely kill her. The end result was exactly that with me calling DermOne with an emergency. Emilie hands were being held together with tape.

Emilie's Grandmother A Kraemer: "Emilie DID NOT have bugs crawling all over her body. She was here visiting me and your family when her hands were full of sores she had a cream [this was ELIDEL which was cultivating Norwegian Scabies and I stopped its use 8/26/2013 and got Emilie treated 8/28/2013] to put on her hands which she did. A few days later Amy text'd me and told me what she had was contagions and to tell every one that was here to visit with her."

Emilie is near dead. Spitale and DeRaymond significantly increased the cultivation rate of Norwegian Scabies with Elidel while sedating her with off-the-books sedatives

Her slow death was captured as negative comments data. Where less negative comments was better than more. But here it's because she is dying. They filed this report as an improvement while deliberately killing her.

I stop my daughter's attempted murder by repeatedly calling DermOne until I got someone on the phone and got an appointment after declaring an emergency. Emilie was properly diagnosed and treated for Norwegian scabies.

Amy DeRaymond, Emilie's mother warned me not to call Emilie's doctor's after getting our daughter properly diagnosed and cured from Norwegian Scabies she deliberately cultivated.

She and her cadre of lunatic criminals should have been locked up years ago. There is nothing remotely ambiguous about their violent criminal intentions.
